How does a Gift Download work? Immediately after completing your order you will receive an e-mail with registration information and instructions for downloading the full version for all supported operating systems. The game will be registered to the gift recipient's e-mail address and name. You can then send this information to the gift recipient. How does a Gift CD work? The CD version it will be shipped from our office in Santa Cruz, California. The CD is shipped worldwide with the US postal service. It can take up to five business days for your order to be processed and shipped. The CD will include the full version of the game for all supported operating systems. Orders in the continental US will generally arrive 2-4 days after shipping. International orders can take as long as two weeks to arrive. You can include the gift recipients address as the shipping address for your order and we will ship the CD directly to the gift recipient, or you can include your address as the shipping address and we will ship the CD to you and you can deliver the CD to the gift recipient.
