How does the download only delivery work? Immediately after completing your order you will receive an e-mail with registration information and instructions for activating or downloading the full version for all supported operating systems. It is very important you use a working e-mail address when ordering. If you need to download the installation files at later date you can do so using the same registration and download information. How does the CD delivery work? The CD version it will be shipped from our office in Santa Cruz, California. The CD is shipped worldwide with the US postal service. It can take up to five business days for your order to be processed and shipped. The CD will include the full version of the game for all supported operating systems. Orders in the continental US will generally arrive 2-4 days after shipping. International orders can take as long as two weeks to arrive. | |
