Stupid Head!

I must have my stupid head on this evening. When making own levels what is the sequence for adding objects to phases, setting waypoints etc. My level skips the truck crossing the bridge goes to phase 2 and opens the drawbridge OK. I have used objects and waypoints successfully before but tonight...!
