Very nice new unit!
The main wapon is to tramples the enemy, if the enemy is on his row and occupied his 3rd field he cant trample it. He is only allowed to jump to an empty field.

I think this must be changed, he can jump to all fields if he can crush the enemy unit.

Not a bad idea, my idea is to give him a charge that would be like the footmen's which would be combined with the trample, so could damage a unit with out having to move past it but would also damage units he runs over along the way" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>


i really really really appreciate having a moving tank unit in the game, but these 3 in combination are sick

- #1 Jumps anywhere within 3
- #2 Gets to hit within 2 after that = range of 5
- #3 HAS 2 ARMOR
- #4 HAS 8 HP.  

Ok..let's get this am I going to kill it fast and why is there going to be nothing I can do against it...

This tank is killed easly, even for an Assassin of 100.
His power of 3 isn't really a thread for his 300 bill.
Only his ass can be thread if he also can move above an unit. So keep your units on distance of 3 and kill it.

In coop and SP I've to manage 3 or 4 of this 'Tanks'. Its almost the same as to kill a Berseker, Lycanthrope or Swordsman. A Golem of 200 needs more to kill it.

For his 300 costs you can buy 3x Swordmen or Bersekers or 2x Shaman to hold his movement and to kill it.!!!!


dear lord, you can't reply to this thread about how you beat the AI's elephants.  THE COMPUTER IS STUPID! random or constructed, it's pretty hard to knock down.


I haven't had trouble against enemy war elephants yet. It seems the main use for them is to kill mages/archers.
To deal with them easily -

Block the 3rd square in the line. This nullifies their special ability.
Put some armor 2 units in front.

You might have to lose a unit to trade for it, but that's worth it to you because it costs 300.


I dont like the current one. I think the footman-like ability is needed here, now it have -1 life and the cant attack anywhere within 2.
