Support / Activation not possible again

I just yesterday bought and downloaded Bridge Project, and got the key via email.
Today I installed it, and when i try to play it, there pops up a message:

"ACTIVATION IS NOT POSSIBLE AGAIN. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT"

Whats wrong??
