Title: REMOVING AND INSTALLATION COUNTER

Sorry for my poor english (I'm Frensh)
I have bought 50 licences of bridge construction set (sold by technologie services). I want to remove 1 installation on a computer, because i Want to reinstal windows. How can I manage to recover the licence.
