Seems that there is Kingdom Elemental patch, but is there any information when it will be released?
The day that was mentioned in "KE Released in German" news is long past already.

The new version is actually live, just re-download the full version. It is a major update and requires a completely new download. We will be announcing it in the next few days along with the list of changes.
