methinks us first peeps should get mod jobs when the boards become popular . . . . . .

that would make me feel powerful .  . .

(V)UAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

ive always wanted to be a mod . . . :D

:P

As odd as the author of this forum sounds, I have to agree that mods would be kinda nice. For example, I like dive bombing my bridges with the flying HAV. However, I seem to have troubles stabilizing due to the control scheme. A gyrocopter mod would be kind of nifty, so that I could more or less automatically stabilize. Not to mention that the gyrocoptor might have more than the 16 polygons the HAV does :P

Come to mention it, perhaps a high detail train mod would be nice? Some of us have high end machines, and we want to push them to the point where they scream out for mercy, shouting "Oh, please, no more polygons! I can only take so many! Mercy!"

Just a thought.

mods would be nice, but i meant:

mods - - modifications OR mooderator

i think it would be fun to be a mod if there is ever need of one her . . chroniclogic can't get them all . .

:P

i wonder what they would think if i tried to mod the train?

Here you can download a new set of textures for the train and the track, not bad IMO.
You can send me your textures if you come up with any, I'll upload them too.

the train is saved in the MODEL folder as a .mdl . . quake uses it the .mdl, but i think that it is a different format . . 3Dexploration doesn't recognize it . . . . .

worth a shot, anyway.

Has anybody tried to redo the paint sceme of the train? A program like nascar had that allowed one to do this easily would be kind of fun and simple to make.
