Just putting the word "Tactics" in the title would go a long way towards helping the target audience identify this as a game they should try.
"Tactics" implies turn-based, but that's basically what Kingdom Elemental is. It's the same audience anyway.
When describing Pax Galaxia to a friend I called it Risk where it's always your turn. Kingdom Elemental is in that same space.
