Thank you. I was making it too difficult
I know you are gonna laugh but, I am having a #### of a time with medium 7...can't get the right idea going. any help?
Forgot to mention it but you will also need a cable support from the middle of the arch to the middle off the decking.
Simplest way is to use heavy steel and build a standard triangle braced arch bridge.
Ignore all anchor points except those closest to the water. make a flat deck. Then start to build an arch with heavy steel. First piece needs to be 8 across and 4 up, second piece 8 across and 1 up - go down the same way.
You will need to brace the arch at the centre - again use heavy steel so it goes 8 across and 4 up from the anchor point, then 8 across and 4 down to the middle.
Use cables to hold the other bits of decking.
good luck

Image 2 = Iron only
Image 3 = heavy steel, iron and cable
Image 4 = Iron and cable

Here's another solution for medium 7...just over $21000 Might be considered cheating, but it was a way to get a tower on the right side that wouldn't tip over.
interesting solution :)
