This game is definitly worth it and with the forums there is no doubt about it. :biggrin:

Both the golden gate and the verezzano narrows bridges are still standing. Might you be thinking of the tacoma narrows bridge?

I  am glad that people tried to recreate bridges in pontifex.

did the model of the atturk bridge run into any problemns due to the lack of pretensioned cables?

I think we are done with those. we were just sort of mad at each other that morning.

I don't know. now that the contest are over it seems that posts are a lot more infreiquent.

I am trying to make a lot of posts but there isn't much to reply too.

well if the extreem calm ended it is back again. sigh there is noone to disscuss things with.

I would like to see longer spans too. mabay with a really high water level or somthing.

I did not participate in the last contest and I do regret it so I would like to see a new contest soon.

I personallay agree that the game is about problemn solving and that maybe the one way bridges arent such a bad Idea. It is fine with me if other people want to spend hours trieing to make a bridge that can go both ways but an levels that don't require it I dont think that we should make a big deal about how levels are solved but instead we should look at the cost and how well they work.

I think that if any rules will be implemented for the records the contest ones would work really well because they are clear cut. also these rules were made by pontifex so they probably fit their Idea about how the game should work and what a clean bridge is.
