Unit Guides
Abjurer Guide
The Abjurer is a white mage with ability to send units back to the castle. This can be very effective at stopping a attack from an enemy by sending his powerful units back to the castle. The will make it very hard to your opponent to attack you if he has to keep redeploying his forces. It can also safe your own units from enemy attacks. If you have unit that is by itself and in range of your opponents forces this will normally mean it will die. You can save the unit by teleporting the unit back to your castle. Any unit returned to the castle is healed from all damages and negative effects.
Acolyte Guide
The Acolyte is a clergy unit with a shield ability. It has the ability to apply a shield to any unit within range and that unit will have a protective shield that will reduce any damage it receives to 0. The shield only protects from 1 enemy attack but the Acolyte can cast it again on the unit given that they are in range. The Acolyte can only shield one unit at a time and if the Acolyte dies then the shield goes too. The ability to shield a unit is great for keeping units that tend to be fragile alive a little longer or units that tend to be very durable even more durable. It is great for units that will be charging at your opponents forces so it can survive any counter attack that might happen. For only 50 points the acolyte is a cheap and great support unit.
Alchemist Guide
The Alchemist is a white mage who can give potions to his allies. Giving potions to allied units means that they are equipped with a item that they can later use during combat. Healing potions are great for units that are going to be at the front lines and likely to be damaged. Units that are able to heal themselves can continue to be in position for another attack and not have to worry about dying or retreating. Strength potions are also great for increasing the power of your army. Units that tend to have low attack power can now become automatic killers. This is great for units that have high mobility like rider or scout. You can also give it to ranged units to make them excellent snipers.
Archangel Guide
The Archangel is a clergy unit that costs 550 points. It is powerful juggernaut having great support abilities, mobility, life, and high attack power. It has a shield that protects all ally units once from any enemy attack or spell. The shield is casted again every turn. It is also immortal so even if it dies in battles it just returns to the castle. The drawback is that it will cost 5 points to redeploy again so while it will never die you will still want to be careful with it. Since the Archangel costs so much you will want to make sure the rest of the army works well with the Archangel. Having units that have the dodge ability will make it really hard for your opponent to even touch your army since it will need to attack it a unit twice just to damage it. They also work well with units like the Swordsman who can parry attacks.
Assassin Guide
The Assassin is a scout unit and one the deadliest units in the game. It is deployed on your owns units sending that unit back to your castle and stunning all units around where your Assassin was deployed. This is great if you use it on units that are close together so you can many different ones. You can also use the assassin to deploy on one of your own units that is about to die or has a nasty negative effect since the unit that it is deployed on will be sent back to the castle completely healed. Assassin also kills any unit in one hit sp they are great at assassinating your opponents key powerful units. The Assassin is great if you combine it with the Abjurer since you can deploy the assassin on one of your own units that is deep in enemy lines and stun a bunch of them. You can then get your Assassin back to the castle safe from any counter attack and ready to redeploy on your own units again.
