Pontifex II Low detail texture pack

This will reduce the size of the textures for Pontifex II to 128x128.  This solves problems
with some video cards where textures are not displayed for vehicles (they appear all white)
such as the Voodoo 3.  This may also decrease the amount of system memory Pontifex II uses 
and improve the performance of Pontifex II on any system.  Low detailed textures are 
recommened for low end systems.

Installation:
Unzip the texture128.zip into your Pontifex II folder (this is normally 
c:\program files\Pontifex II\).  You may want to backup your texture folder before doing 
this so you can revert back to the original textures later.  Backup your texture folder by 
renaming it to texture256 before unzipping the texture128.zip.
