Windows Installation instructions:
After downloading the file "keinstall.exe" double click on "keinstall.exe" to start the installation.
At the Kingdom Elemental installation screen select the path where you want to install Kingdom Elemental or just click start to use the default path. When the progress
finishes Kingdom Elemental is installed. To run Kingdom Elemental click on the start menu -> Programs -> Kingdom Elemental and click on Kingdom Elemental.
